Last week, my dad requested I make blueberry scones, as a Mother’s Day treat for my mom. I had never actually made scones before but I had always wanted to give them a try.
I’m a big fan of scones myself, and I have to say the the recipe from La Petite Brioche turned out to be some of the best scones I’ve had to date. They were just about as moist as a scone can be and the grated orange zest provided just a hint of tartness to compliment the blueberries. La Petite Brioche also has a recipe for Lemon Blueberry Pull Apart Bread that looks amazing!
